Structure Industries, founded by Dom Del Monaco is a New York based general contractor that self performs in site work, utilities, structural steel, concrete and other miscellaneous trades.
Structure Industries specializes in a complete client experience, helping assist in the whole process from pre-design to design, permitting, building and finish out/close out.
Our goal is to give clients a stress free process. By hiring someone they can trust, we are able to partner with our clients rather than working against them like so many other general contractors.

University consists of numerous interact video content, an in-house coaching team, and topics ranging from sales, operations, and finance to motivation, quick tips, and more.

STRUCTURE LICENSEE program is a way for you to partner with one of the leading builders in the North East and soon to be nationwide. Being a licensee gives you direct access to Dom Del Monaco, Red Rock University, our powerful community of leading builders, and leverage the Red Rock name building credibility & authority. As a licensee, you receive pre-built templates for bidding, operations, finance, marketing, and more.
